Usage Guide

1. Drag the sphere (head) to move it around the canvas.
2. Adjust parameters via sliders or type values and hit Apply.
3. Stretch Stiffness (0.01–0.8) resists elongation of adjacent segments.
4. Bend Stiffness (0–0.8) resists bending in every other segment.
5. Damping (inverted): velocity *= (1 - damping).
6. Drag is an additional friction: velocity *= (1 - drag).
7. Mass affects how strongly gravity & wind accelerate the hair.
8. Gravity is a downward force (acceleration = gravity / mass).
9. Wind Speed with Noise Amp/Freq for turbulence.
10. Show Tension colors each segment from blue→green→red by stretch.
11. Reset re-centers the head and clears velocities.
